Returns & Restocking Fees
If you're not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in original condition without any visible damage such as scratches, nicks, or other marks.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we will either replace the item or provide an on-site repair at no additional cost. Be sure to inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours by emailing us at shoptherusticnail@gmail.com.
Wrong Items
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it free of charge, with no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please send us an email at shoptherusticnail@gmail.com for further instructions. DO NOT return any items without receiving a return number from our team.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued for the total amount, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
